As part of Jump’s IT Helpdesk, you will work directly with our end users to provide advanced technical support. You will be part of a team tasked with maintaining and monitoring our desktop and laptop fleet, striving for uptime, efficiency and predictability. Our team prides itself on excellent customer service and high customer satisfaction by having a can-do attitude. We want your help to ensure proper response times are met and issues are being resolved. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Respond to telephone calls, email, and in-person requests for technical support. 
  • Document, track, and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution. 
  • Maintain and support desktop PCs, laptops, hardware, software and operating systems. 
  • Identify technical problems and conduct research to resolve these issues. 
  • Automate routine tasks using PowerShell scripts. 
  • Manage and deploy software using SCCM. 
  • Administer and troubleshoot Intune configurations, scripts and compliance policies. 
  • Administer and troubleshoot JAMF policies and configurations 
  • Other duties as assigned or needed 

Skills You’ll Need: 

  • At least 5 years of experience from within an IT helpdesk environment required 
  • Passion for technology 
  • Strong customer service skills 
  • Experience with SCCM for software deployment 
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting         
  • Knowledge of network principles and ability to troubleshoot basic network issues 
  • Knowledge of Intune for device management, including autopilot and configuration 
  • Prior experience with Windows 11, MacOS and Microsoft Office applications 
  • Experience supporting users in virtual desktop environments is a plus 
  • Strong IT troubleshooting techniques 
  • Ability to automate processes and improve efficiency 
  • Self-motivated and takes initiative. Strong work ethic 
  • Well-organized, with a keen eye for attention to detail 
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills 
  • Team player and desire to roll up your sleeves to assist where needed 
  • Reliable and predictable availability including the ability to be onsite Monday-Friday
