As our Senior HR Business Partner, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our organization's success by implementing innovative HR strategies that empower our employees and foster a thriving workplace culture. In this role, you will be able to effectively implement change in performance management, reimagining our employee experience, and increasing our engagement score.    

What You’ll Do:

  • Shape our organization's future by developing and executing cutting-edge HR strategies that align with our goals.
  • Be at the forefront of change. Support implementing new processes and procedures that will help us scale as an organization.
  • Ignite the potential within our employees through effective performance management programs that drive growth and development.
  • Be the go-to HR expert, providing guidance and support to managers on all HR-related matters.
  • Build bridges as you handle employee relations with finesse, resolving conflicts, managing disciplinary actions, and overseeing grievance procedures.
  • Be the architect of an inclusive and positive work atmosphere that boosts employee engagement and satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate across teams to facilitate employee training and development initiatives. You will collaborate with the Learning and Development team to develop and implement captivating content.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with industry trends and best practices, elevating our HR programs and processes to new heights.

Must Haves:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a HRBP or HR manager of cross functional resources in a fast-paced environment, such as agency, software, or interactive web development organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish trust and inspire confidence across various levels of an organization.
  • Proven track record of driving pragmatic decision-making in a collaborative, fast-paced, team-based environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to lead, delegate, motivate, mentor, and build high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional ability to handle conflict, challenging situations, and work effectively with diverse working styles.
  • Strategic and tactical expertise in organizing and structuring operational activities.
  • Proficient in mediation, negotiation, and delivering impactful presentations.

Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a number of factors that include, but aren’t limited to, a candidate’s experience and skills relative to the scope and responsibilities of the position. For current CM employees, tenure will also be a consideration.Salary Range$115,000—$125,000 USD
