What you will do:

Working closely with the business under the supervision of a Senior HR manager, the senior HR ops specialist acts as a cornerstone for our operations to make TheFork an incredible place to work. This role requires passion for people, excellent rigor & organization skills, adaptability, and a love for complex problem solving. It also requires some leadership skills as this person will manage people within the team.

Our senior HR ops specialist will…

-       Continue providing support to the HR Business Partners for Iberia and the employees in Spain and Portugal (60% of their time): HR and benefits administration, HR analytics, employees’ onboarding, variables’ centralization for payroll, employees’ inquiries management

-       Manage 2 HR operations specialists for Iberia: supervise their work & helping them in their day-to-day organization (20% of their time)

-       Be involved in transversal HR projects & improve our processes (20% of their time): HRIS improvements, coordination with other departments (Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, Accounting, OfficeX, IT, etc.)

Who you are:

-       Minimum 5 years of HR experience for Spain or Iberia (HR administration, HR service delivery, HRBP, HR generalist)

-       Meticulous, rigorous, detail oriented

-       Open minded, adaptable, with a passion for continuously listening, processing, solving.

-    Professional use of Excel (and Word and Powerpoint. We use also GG suite!)

-       Fluent Spanish + English

-       Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

-       Experience as a team leader/manager is a plus
