Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

At Personio, we are our own customer by adopting our suite of HR products for internal use. As an HRIS expert, you’ll drive the ‘Personio for Personio’ initiative by managing our HR lifecycle through our system, being a top user of the product, and sharing feedback to improve the software along the way.

  • Be a Personio Product Expert: As a key user of our internal HRMS, you'll directly influence how we optimize Personio to meet our evolving needs. Your insights will shape the future of our HR technology.

  • Own Our HR Tech Infrastructure: As the custodian of our internal HRMS, you'll ensure that our growing team of 2,000+ employees has the tools and data they need to thrive.

  • Drive HR Efficiency: Manage Personio's access rights, configurations, and maintenance to streamline HR processes and reduce administrative burdens.

  • Ensure Data Integrity: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct data audits and maintain the accuracy and security of our employee information.

  • Troubleshoot and Innovate: Be the go-to expert for system issues, working closely with our Key Account Managers, CX teams, and Product and Engineering departments to identify solutions and drive improvements.

  • Empower HR Teams: Provide support and guidance to our People Operations teams on all aspects of our internal tooling, from setup and access provisioning to troubleshooting.

  • Automate for Efficiency: Leverage Personio, Atlassian, Google, scripts, and no-code tools to automate HR processes and drive operational excellence.

  • Advocate Data Security and Compliance: Ensure that our HR systems and practices adhere to the highest standards of data quality, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on a technological degree, Data or HR related studies or have 5+ relevant work experiences in HR/TA or Tech support environment.

  • Experience supporting global TA or HR processes, and connecting with key internal stakeholders both technical and non technical. 

  • You can develop scripts and implement technology-driven solutions to automate and streamline manual processes.

  • You are familiar with the field of HR Operations, including organizational design, lifecycle milestones (onboarding, offboarding, promotions, etc.) and can help translate those into technical requirements.

  • You are familiar with data privacy and security standards and regulations (GDPR, ISO). Experience with administration of HRIS/ATS tools (Greenhouse, BambooHR, Workday, SAP, etc.) is a plus.

  • You are curious about systems and technology and enjoy learning about new tools or functions and their practical application.

  • You are a great communicator, eager to apply your problem solving skills in your daily work to deliver exceptional results and have the ability to translate technical topics to the non technical and vice versa.

  • You are meticulous and detail oriented but able to balance that with business needs of a dynamic organization.
