Overview:

As an IAM Architect you are responsible for performing the necessary leadership, facilitation, planning, analysis and design tasks related to the development of an overall security architecture for the organization.

You will:
  • Ability to set/drive technical architecture for and be the final escalation point for Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools
  • Enable legacy and modern identity providers (AD, Okta, ADFS, Azure AD) for management by IAM tools
  • 3+ years experience Interfacing IDM systems with using API communications
  • Influence security posture by evaluating business strategies and requirements
  • Oversee development and life-cycle management of the services related to Identity Governance & Administration services
  • Lead task force efforts between appropriate teams to proactively resolve all technology issues with applications (infrastructure, performance, code)
  • Demonstrate ability to accurately and efficiently architect and implement products of chosen expertise as a single Business Unit multi-product solution and/or a cross Business Unit multi-product integrated solution within the client environment through utilizing Services Best Practices
  • Demonstrate hands-on expertise of software technology design at a complex level for single Business Unit multi-product solutions and/or cross Business Unit multi-product integrated solutions of chosen expertise
  • Drive the adoption of Authentication and Authorization reference architectures for existing, new and emerging IAM technologies
  • Participate in Identity and Access Management enterprise governance processes and drive IAM standards adoption
  • Design and implement IAM solutions that meet business requirements, security best practices, regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Provide guidance and support to other teams on IAM related issues and initiatives
  • Evaluate new technologies and products for IAM integration and enhancement
You have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology field or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, principles, standards, frameworks and protocols
  • 3+ years of experience with various IAM tools such as Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO/SAML/OAuth/OpenID Connect/FIDO2/WebAuthn/MFA/SCIM/LDAP/RADIUS/Kerberos/PKI etc.
  • 3+ years of experience with cloud-based IAM solutions such as AWS Cognito/IAM/SSO/Directory Service etc
  • Preferably, understanding of scripting languages such as PowerShell/Python/Bash etc
