Senior IAM Automation Engineer

As our Senior IAM Automation Engineer, you will be at the heart of this evolution, collaborating with stakeholders from around the globe to design modern, end-to-end automated solutions. Your work will directly shape the future of IAM and impact how every employee experiences technology, enhancing business efficiency on a global scale.
Lettuce share what this role will be responsible for
- Architect and implement a robust Infrastructure as Code (IaC) framework to enable self-service for enterprise application lifecycles and group management.
- Design and build scalable, automated solutions to manage the end-to-end user lifecycle for all internal and external accounts, significantly reducing manual overhead.
- Develop and deploy a comprehensive, automated reporting system to provide real-time data and actionable insights into our IAM infrastructure health.
- Pioneer the discovery and evaluation of AI-driven opportunities to enhance the intelligence and efficiency of our IAM and Identity Governance (IGA) solutions.
- Lay the foundational groundwork for our future security posture by designing and implementing modern security practices, including Zero Trust principles.
- A deep and practical understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance (IGA) principles in complex, enterprise-scale environments.
- Proven experience designing and implementing automation solutions using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, backed by strong scripting skills in a language such as Python or PowerShell.
- Hands-on experience with modern DevOps practices, including building and managing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
- Strong familiarity with cloud-native IAM platforms, ideally with exposure to Okta or Microsoft Entra ID.
- A track record of evaluating emerging technologies and architecting creative, scalable solutions to solve complex business problems.
- Takes full ownership of their work from start to finish, proactively addressing challenges and driving tangible business impact, while clearly articulating complex ideas, collaborating effectively in an egoless environment, and adaptability to thrive in fast- dynamic settings.
