We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Inbound Marketing Manager who specializes in landing page creation and optimization. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing our digital marketing efforts, particularly through landing pages, to drive higher conversion rates and effective lead generation.

• Design, develop, and deploy high-converting marketing landing pages using Contentful
• Collaborate with product teams to create landing pages that accurately reflect product messaging and value propositions
• Ensure landing pages are responsive, user-friendly, and consistent with our brand identity
• Conduct thorough A/B and multivariate testing to optimize landing pages for maximum efficiency and effectiveness
• Analyze user behavior and conversion data to identify areas for improvement
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in landing page design and optimization techniques
• Align with Content and SEO teams to create synergistic strategies that enhance both landing page performance and overall inbound marketing efforts
• Work closely with Product Teams to understand and map customer journeys, identifying key touchpoints and opportunities for engagement
• Use customer journey insights to customize and personalize landing pages for different audience segments
• Implement innovative onboarding flows and CRO tactics to enhance user experience and conversion rates

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) with a proven track record in a similar role
• Demonstrated expertise in inbound marketing strategies
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong ability in using data analytics to drive decision-making and strategy
• Strong influencing abilities and adept at project management
• A creative mindset with attention to detail
• Experience with Contentful is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred
