Pure Storage is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Integrated Marketing Manager. This role will be focused on developing effective campaign strategies, plans, and leading a cross-functional campaign team to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

Integrated Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Develop and lead integrated marketing campaigns 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign objectives, target audience, and key messaging.
  • Leverage market research, customer insights, and industry trends to inform campaign strategies.
  • Identify and prioritize marketing channels and tactics to achieve campaign goals.
  • Assist in the development of campaign budgets and timelines.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns through KPIs and metrics, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Help manage the integrated campaign budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Communications:

  • Drive many of the cross-functional campaign rhythms and workflows that underpin a strong integrated marketing motion
  • Develop and implement internal communication programs to ensure alignment and engagement across the marketing organization and our stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of transparency and open communication within the marketing team.
  • Communicate campaign strategies and results to executive leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and consistent messaging.
  • Continually optimize workflows with cross functional marketing teams and help manage change to ensure overall alignment process for campaigns/ programs  (MOPS, Digital, Web, Email, Brand).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors as necessary.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record in integrated marketing and campaign strategy development, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of B2B technology marketing, preferably in the IT, data storage, or cloud computing industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in marketing technology tools and analytics.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • Experience with internal communications and employee engagement initiatives is a plus.

You will be based in Santa Clara, CA OR Bellevue, WA. As this is an office-centric role, you are expected to be present in the office for 3 days a week. As outlined in Pure's Hybrid Work Policy, there will be variations over periods of time, depending on business need.

The annual base salary range is: $149,000– $251,000. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. 

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
