We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior International Marketing Manager (m/f/d) in our Munich headquarter to lead regional marketing efforts within our Global Marketing team. In this role you will shape, localize, and scale global campaigns while driving demand across key international markets including Spain, France, and the UK. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership, provide mentorship to regional marketers, and ensure commercial success through data-driven, market-specific strategies. Beyond execution, you'll champion regional insights, elevate brand presence, and help steer global marketing priorities.

  • Strategy: You lead strategic planning, localization, and execution of global campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive regional demand
  • Crossfunctionality: You act as the key link between Global Marketing and regional Sales by understanding local markets, tracking fitness trends, and refining region-specific messaging
  • Ownership: You own regional marketing performance — from strategy and KPIs to execution and reporting — across digital, social, PR, email, and events
  • Partnership: You partner with segment leaders to create and execute tailored strategies that meet unique segment needs and support growth goals
  • Project Management: You define KPIs, set priorities, and clearly communicate timelines and results to stakeholders
  • Branding: You champion the EGYM brand in your regions, ensuring consistent, compelling messaging and a strong local presence across all channels

Your fitness level

  • Experience: You have 6+ years of multichannel marketing experience across digital, events, PR, and content
  • Focus: You are a performance-driven marketer who thrives on testing, learning, and optimizing for results
  • Skills: You balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, staying calm under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines
  • Collaboration: You are an effective communicator with strong cross-functional skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Language Skills: You are fluent in English - Spanish, French, and/or German is a strong plus
  • Travelling: You are comfortable with 15–20% travel (domestic and international)

Your training goal for your first 6 months

  • Strategy: You deliver a regional marketing strategy aligned with global priorities, clearly outlining campaign plans, KPIs, and enablement resources per region
  • Networking: You establish trust and collaborative cadence with key stakeholders across Sales, Product Marketing, and Brand
  • Improvement: You launch at least one strategic initiative that improves brand perception, lead generation, or customer engagement in your markets
  • Acceleration: You create a measurable impact on pipeline acceleration through localized content and integrated campaign execution
