Role Responsibilities: What you will do

Office 365 Environment Management:

  • Oversee and manage our Office 365 environment, ensuring secure and efficient collaboration across the organization.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Microsoft Endpoint Manager with Microsoft Entra ID and other Microsoft 365 services.
Asset Management:
  • Manage vendor relationships and licensing agreements.
  • Oversee purchase orders and budget management, ensuring compliance with finance policies.
  • Lifecycle management of IT assets.
Firewall and Network Management:
  • Manage and optimize subnets and firewalls (Cisco, Barracuda, HP, and Ubiquiti).
  • Configure and optimize the performance of VPNs.
Server Administration:
  • Administer VMs and handle backup and recovery processes using Veeam.
  • Oversee server performance and maintenance.
Endpoints Management:
  • Oversee the deployment and maintenance of laptops, tablets, and phones.
  • Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Intune solution.
  • Manage and configure Intune policies for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Linux devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to device enrollment, application deployment, and policy enforcement.
Application Management:
  • Manage ERP and CRM applications, including coordination with external support teams to ensure optimal performance and integration.
Domain Management:
  • Manage DNS records and ensure reliable mail delivery.
  • Monitor and manage overall domain security.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in the field of information technology.
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in IT administration in the areas mentioned above. 
  • Experience with O365 environment.
  • Extensive experience in Linux client device management, including installation, configuration, patching, and performance optimization for a wide range of desktop and workstation distributions such as Ubuntu, Arch Linux, Debian, Fedora, openSUSE, and Red Hat-based systems.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise networking with Linux, including network configuration, VLAN tagging, DHCP, DNS, VPN (OpenVPN, WireGuard, IPsec), and advanced routing techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
  • You are comfortable working in a highly agile work environment. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
