Job description

Doctolib is looking for an IT cloud engineer in charge of managing employees' devices, and evolving its information system.

You operate in France, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands, implementing the best-in-class solutions and tools to the business teams within the company in order to provide an incredible service to all Doctolibers! 

The challenge is to help our teams to grow the healthcare professionals who use Doctolib every day, as well as the millions of Europeans who visit our sites every month, and to offer them an outstanding user experience.

 

Reporting to the IT Squad Leader, you will work in the IT Squad and transversally with all Doctolib business teams, as well as in close collaboration with IT Operations and Security team. You lead by example with a 'hands-on' attitude and information sharing with your peers.

Responsibilities 
  • You will be responsible for mobile device management (mainly laptops and phones), finding the right balance between user experience and security. You will define the architecture, implement it and operate it along with IT operations team
  • You will be responsible to maximize the quality of service offered to the Doctolibers (measured quarterly by an NPS), by continuously assessing our operations and getting user feedbacks 
  • You will develop integrations between applications through various mediums (APIs, scripts, ETL etc…) 
  • You will be responsible for the collaboration tools (incl. Google Workspace, Slack). You maintain and follow their release to provide the best efficiency to Doctolibers
  • You will work in collaboration with the internal customer to qualify new needs, build the functional and technical requirements of the solution you’ll have to develop, deploy and maintain. You will be in charge of technical and functional documentation, especially for the IT operations team
  • You will work on automations for onboarding / offboarding of users, managing licenses and data. Those activities are key for a scale-up company and you will be responsible for that. 
  • You will also be the Level 3 escalation point for contact of the operations team. 
  • You will be involved in the crisis management process through duty and weekly on-call shifts 
  • Mentoring the junior engineers and support teams will also be part of your daily life

 

 Requirements and skills 
  • You must have strong experience on MDM (InTune, Google MDM), BYOD, COPE, etc.
  • You have a cloud administrator certification (Azure, AWS, etc.)   
  • You have scripting experience on python, powershell/bash, javascript, usual dev practices/tools like github, ci/cd, testing, API development (REST / SOAP).
  • You have experience on the security part: IAM/IGA, SSO, SAML, Oauth2, Open id.
  • You know protocols such as HTTP, DNS, LDAP, SFTP, IP, ICMP, TLS and architectural styles such as REST and SOAP.
  • You appreciate being the point of contact for internal customer relations (technical contact, user contact, etc.) and have a real sense of service with these dual technical-functional skills.
  • You take ownership for what you have delivered and know how to troubleshoot a problem 
  • You are familiar with the Agile / SCRUM framework and rituals. You are at ease with Jira 
  • You are curious, autonomous, flexible, rigorous, enthusiastic, passionate, you have a taste for teamspirit and fun.  
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, in a scale-up company and a squad oriented environment with constant change.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English

 Doctolib Remote policy

  • Hybrid: You work 2 days a week remotely and come on-site the rest of the week.
