The role

The IT Management Tribe has the privilege of providing technology products and services to the whole HelloFresh organization. We're seeking a dynamic individual to bring our SaaS Management area to a new level, focusing on:

  • Leading our Consolidation of Software program, closely collaborating with various teams and Senior Leadership.
  • Elevating our SaaS Management offerings to Senior Leadership by identifying pain points, defining ideal outcomes, scoping initiatives, and ultimately delivering value to the business.
  • Enhancing our tool evaluation process, broadening criteria to include factors such as usability, onboarding, customer success, and vendor relationships.
  • Predicting future tech trends, evaluating long-term IT needs, and suggesting investments aligned with the business strategy to help the organization stay competitive and agile in a rapidly changing industry.

What you’ll do
  • Strategic Collaboration Facilitation: Drive execution of strategic initiatives or improvements in processes by identifying problem statements based on evidence.
  • Insights and analysis: Provide data analysis and metrics that support the evidence, requesting and driving decision-making.
  • Software Consolidation Program: Ensure the successful completion of all related initiatives by using various skills like project management, product management, and stakeholder management.
  • Software optimization: Ensure efficient Software Contract Management, control charges, maintain IT Portfolio, optimize legacy software by eliminating redundancy, and standardize processes for consistent business delivery.
  • Financial Liaison and Budget Tracking: Liaise with the Finance department on IT spend, keeping track of the 3rd party budget, presenting findings to senior management for proactive decision-making and budget planning.

  • Communication: Fluent in English, proficient in both oral and written communication, adjusting the tone and style as needed to convey messages effectively, handling intricate scenarios and effectively using active listening skills and assertiveness.Critical Thinking: Demonstrated track record of innovative solutions, continuous process improvement, showcasing a can-do attitude, overcoming obstacles with determination and critical thinking.

Financial and Software skills:

  • Analytical skills: Capacity to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and other relevant insights for increasing senior management visibility on IT portfolio management topics and support timely and effective decision-making.
  • Presentation skills: Design and develop reports and presentations to summarize insights and use data to develop and optimize strategies and processes, increase profits, efficiency, quality, and reduce costs.
  • ITIL: Experience with software delivery practices, such as ITIL is a plus.
  • Financial literacy: Understanding of IT financial management principles, including cost allocation, budget planning and variance analysis.
  • Excel: Proficient in advanced Excel functions including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, more complex formulas is a plus.
  • Software Management: Familiarity with software licensing models, SLAs, credit management as well as terms and conditions to effectively manage contractual agreements.
