Primary Purpose

This is a fantastic opportunity to join HelloFresh in NZ and have a big impact on how we deliver to our customers. The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting HelloFresh New Zealand’s ’ order processing & last-mile operations, with a focus on continuous improvement of all facets of the distribution function. You will be responsible for arranging reliable, economical, and on-time delivery of our boxes across New Zealand, managing 3PL operations, and ensuring performance on core logistics KPIs. In addition, you will develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability, conduct market analysis, and negotiate with suppliers to improve terms and reduce costs. This role also involves leading projects to enhance the customer experience, ensuring that customer needs and expectations are met or exceeded, and working on initiatives to further optimize HelloFresh’s logistics operations.

You will…

• Manage 3PL relations creating an atmosphere of continuous improvement.
• Support the development and implementation of a data-driven, scalable and optimised  logistics strategy for HelloFresh New Zealand, including building support for your approach at a local and Global level.
• Support in pricing and contract negotiations with suppliers.
• Lead projects to improve the delivery experience for customers.
• Manage weekly operational duties and constantly drive automation opportunities.
• Manage and ensure performance on core logistics KPI's.
• Initiate and drive any fulfillment projects and initiatives, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Find ways to improve our cost position through thorough analysis.

You have…

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain or a related field preferred)
