As a Senior Manager or Director of Business Application Delivery, you will report to the CIO and be responsible for leading the successful implementation, optimization, and support of business-critical applications across key departments such as Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations. You will partner closely with business stakeholders to understand functional needs, coordinate solution delivery, manage application teams, and ensure that systems are secure, scalable, and integrated across the enterprise.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a strong mix of technical understanding, operational execution, vendor management, and team development. You will play a key role in enabling cross-functional business outcomes through efficient technology delivery.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

Delivery & Execution
  • Lead business requirements gathering, software/vendor evaluation, and delivery planning for enterprise applications.
  • Manage project timelines, resource planning, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful execution.
  • Oversee the configuration, integration, and release management of platforms like Salesforce, CPQ, MRP, HRIS, and Finance systems.
Team Leadership
  • Build and lead a team of application analysts, administrators, and developers; provide mentoring and guidance on system architecture and delivery best practices.
  • Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture focused on quality and continuous improvement.
Operational Oversight
  • Establish and manage SLAs for application uptime, support response, and resolution.
  • Partner with IT Ops and InfoSec to ensure systems meet compliance, data quality, and security standards.
  • Define and track metrics to measure system effectiveness and business impact.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business users, working closely with department leaders to prioritize and deliver solutions that improve workflows and user experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan enhancements, train end users, and drive adoption.
Vendor & Budget Management
  • Support contract negotiation and vendor management efforts to ensure cost-effective licensing and support services.
  • Assist in the planning and tracking of project budgets, staffing needs, and system investments.

What You'll Need:

  • 8–12 years of experience in IT or enterprise applications, with increasing leadership responsibility.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional application implementations in areas like Salesforce (Core, CPQ, Billing), NetSuite, HRIS, or Finance systems.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC best practices.
  • Proficient in Jira, Confluence, or other project and collaboration tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A passion for business process improvement and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, innovation, or problem-solving.

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. The Base Salary range for this role is:$151,200—$189,000 USD
