Senior Manager - People Performance (m/f/x)
The HRBP team used to run multiple critical talent management programs for the company, including the Performance Management program ( FOODIE Dialogue), the Succession Planning, the WHAT / HOW Frameworks, and Functional Career Paths. With the growth of HelloFresh into an increasingly large and global company, as well as the identification of Performance Management and Succession Planning as high-priority Talent Management programs in our Operating System, we created a new team (Global - People Performance) that will drive further focus on these topics. Specifically, the aim is to bring a more specialist skill set to these programs to accelerate improvement. This new team is called “People Performance”, since the aim is to build talent management programs for all our people to enable the high performance of our company, our leaders, our managers and our employees.
The People Performance team is international / global in scope and is led by a Director, based in the Netherlands. She is now hiring for a Berlin-based team member in this role.
What you’ll doAs the Senior Manager in the People Performance team, you will play a critical role in the future success of the core talent management programs mentioned above. Your responsibilities will be end-to-end:
- Program ownership / co-ownership, execution or expert support for HQ and market People teams and accountability for program success
- Collect business / people team / employee feedback internally and best practice / trends external for needs analysis to drive design decisions
- Engage in design discussions with key business stakeholders on talent programs and elevate the conversation from informational to co-creation of features / enhancements
- Collaborate with the HRBP team and other relevant People teams (Globally) to validate design decisions, build cross-team interlock and create a final proposal
- Present the final proposal to key decision-makers in the HelloFresh SMT, SLT, Market leadership, People leadership team, Works Council (as appropriate, in cooperation with ER or local HR Leads) and other People teams (as appropriate), iterating as needed to secure approval
- Partner with key change management experts / functional leaders / geo leaders across the group to successfully plan for the roll out of these design changes
- Initiate delivery discussions with key people team stakeholders to mobilise the interlocks needed for successful implementation and maintenance
- Apply project management best practices and support the development of project proposal, plans, schedules, resource plans and performance metrics
- Co-create comms and training material to support the successful rollout of the design changes to drive high adoption and satisfaction in the user base
- Engage analytics and system support from the relevant teams to measure the success of each program and its components, providing data-driven reports for stakeholder review and using this to iterate with a continuous improvement mindset.
The ideal candidate brings the following characteristics, experience and qualifications to the table:
WHAT
- Minimum 3 years of global experience in Talent Management or a related discipline in a fast-moving tech environment is essential
- Minimum 2 years of proven track record of planning, developing and executing projects for People teams in a global matrix org structure
- HRBP experience in a similar environment, will be considered an additional plus point
- Ability to create compelling memos / presentations to share the vision and visualise the desired outcomes
- Familiarity with using dashboards / insights to communicate the impact of programs, measure success and support data-driven iteration
- Bachelors / Masters degree in a Business or HR subject is essential
- HR / Talent Management / Coaching certifications will be considered an additional plus point
- Familiarity with Workday, Betterworks or similar people management systems will be considered an additional plus point
