As a Senior Manager, Business Development Partnerships at HelloFresh, you will play a central role in further strengthening the Retail Media team by leading, and owning outreach to various brands (food & non-food) to close deals with external brands. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for managing and monetizing physical and digital advertising space for HelloFresh Group. You will pitch our capabilities, maintain relationships with clients/brands, and manage a pipeline funnel to meet goals & OKRs. In this role, you will report to the AD/Director of Retail Media and work closely with three additional team members who own sales, account management, and operations.

You will … 
  • Establish a deep understanding of the HelloFresh business and product to then drive our partnership strategy with the goal of acquiring & retaining new customers through external brand partners
  • Shape current and future best practices with emerging Retail Media opportunities. Scale existing products and identify new opportunities.
  • Identify high value partnerships that align with our brand and will be visible to our customer base across brands (HelloFresh, EveryPlate, Green Chef, Factor_) by performing brand research & prospecting
  • Support both the revenue and non-revenue partnership funnel by pitching, sending proposals/ follow ups, and closing deals with several large external brands / partner per year
  • Lead execution of legal agreements end to end, providing partners with excellent service and ensuring that all internal and external requirements are met on time

  • Self-aware and have the ability to work well with a diverse group of stakeholders, including cross-functionally with internal groups and externally with partners
  • A collaborative team player that is willing to take on any challenge, big or small
You have… 
  • BA or BS, preferably in Business, Marketing, Management or related fields
  • 6+ years of experience in ad sales/retail media managing brand brand activation and/or partnerships as well as account management and project management. 
  • Experience working with consumer goods is a plus
  • Experience in an operations-based role, managing execution of complex projects
  • Experience supporting closing sales and/or negotiating contracts
  • Experience working in a fast past, high growth environment
  • Curiosity and passion for partnership models and how to optimize them
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (VLookUps, Pivot Tables)

New York Pay Range$116,250—$155,000 USD
