The Senior Manager, Channel Operations will serve a critical role within our Business Operations function and serves as an advocate, partner and advisor to our Channel team. You will be responsible for driving the overall Channel Operations process design and execution to aid in the development and performance of our partner programs and team. You will develop, enhance and streamline our partner focused technology and data to enable data driven decision making through insights and recommendations that drive meaningful change. You will collaborate with functional teams throughout the business to maintain and improve the overall Channel experience internally and externally.
Here's a closer look at this key role:
- Partner with Senior Leadership to operationalize the strategy for the Partner program. Identify, design and execute the structure, processes, tools and metrics.
- Design, improve and ensure adherence to operational processes and policies impacting Partners and the internal Channel team; integrate and align processes with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operational execution
- Find opportunities across the business to make it easier for Partners to work with LogicMonitor
- Architect and drive enhancements to partner related technology to ensure optimal data capture, maintain data integrity, support process efficiency and promote internal/external user experience; own the Partner portal from a technology standpoint and ensure program components are supported and maintained
- Leverage both internal and external data to develop insights and recommendations leading to data driven decision making; Develop reporting, dashboards and executive presentations to enable and inform key stakeholders on key program KPIs, including deal registration, net new logo acquisition, bookings, etc.
- Work closely with Partner Managers and Leadership team to understand business needs and provide operational support to drive performance, efficiency and partner experience; be accountable and drive issues to resolution
- Lead and participate in projects to support Channel initiatives; responsibilities include, but are not limited to, project planning, process design, documentation and change management with emphasis on accountability and significant cross-functional collaboration
- Manage both direct and indirect teammates with focus on professional development, employee experience, performance and contribution
- Drive annual planning efforts for Channel Operations by partnering with Channel leadership and incorporating strategic direction
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent degree
- Minimum 7 Years of Operations experience, with focus supporting Channel, preferably within the SaaS industry
- Proficiency in GTM tools including Customer and Partner Relationship Management software, data infrastructure, etc.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience in executive presentations
- Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to create, manage and optimize sales and channel processes
- High degree of customer focus, curiosity, proactivity, accountability, work ethic, collaboration, autonomy, creative thinking, attention to detail and ability to thrive in high-paced dynamic environments

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. Base Salary Range$140,000—$160,000 USD
