With our product, businesses can collect, manage and document user consents on websites and apps, and achieve full compliance in accordance with global privacy regulations while facilitating high consent rates and building trust with their customers.We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager of Channel Partnerships to lead and expand our global channel partner ecosystem. This role will be responsible for driving partner acquisition, enablement, and performance while also leading a team of Channel Partner Managers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align partner strategy with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution across our indirect sales channels.

Your Tasks

  • Execute the company’s channel partnership strategy across regions and verticals
  • Identify and recruit new high-potential partners to expand market reach.
  • Own and optimize partner programs, including tiering, incentives, enablement, and MDF usage
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Channel Partner Managers.
  • Set clear performance objectives, conduct regular 1:1s, provide coaching and career development
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and growth
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic channel partners
  • Serve as an escalation point for high-impact partner issues or opportunities.
  • Drive joint business planning with top partners to align on revenue goals and co-marketing activities
  • Track and analyze channel performance metrics (pipeline, revenue, partner engagement, etc.)
  • Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on channel KPIs and forecast partner contribution
  • Implement improvements based on partner feedback and performance trends
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure partner success
  • Oversee the development of training materials, sales collateral, and partner onboarding resources
  • Coordinate participation in partner events, webinars, and trade shows

You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in channel partnerships, business development, account management or indirect sales
  • 3-5+ years of experience managing or mentoring teams in a high-growth environment
  • Deep understanding of indirect sales models, reseller and distributor relationships, and partner economics
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with PRM tools (Allbound)
  • Ability to travel as needed 
Nice to Have
  • Background in SaaS, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or cloud solutions
  • Experience managing global or multi-regional partner teams
  • Existing network of resellers, distributors, or technology partners in EMEA markets
