As Senior Manager of Creative Production Strategy, you will be both a producer and an operator, working at both altitudes simultaneously to connect the dots across a variety of productions happening in the consumer marketing team - from our brand campaign, to brand partnerships and social. You will help to align messaging across touchpoints and find opportunities for optimization in timelines, creative, and budgets. You'll use your incredible communication skills to drive productive decision-making among stakeholders and of course, as a producer, deliver great work on time and on budget for Pinterest’s House of Creative.

What you’ll do:

  • Proactively coordinate all jobs in production and use a strategic mindset to connect the dots and find efficiencies across all. 
  • Serve as liaison between creative ops in S&O, Media, Consumer Marketing and House of Creative to ensure all projects are properly resourced and supported in the Consumer Marketing team
  • Lead production for consumer marketing tentpole projects such as the annual brand campaign which is conceived of and produced in-house in partnership with production vendors.
  • Serve as main production partner for consumer marketing team which touches consumer campaigns, social, brand partnerships across a variety of mediums including but not limited to film, video, digital, IRL activations and comms.
  • Ensure all work in Consumer Marketing is shared with House of Creative in a timely manner to ensure feedback and direction.

What we’re looking for:

  • 8+ years of production experience 
  • Both brand-side production and agency production experience
  • Breadth of production experience, not limited to one area. However this person must possess deep broadcast experience doing film, video and online social content.
  • Experience working with big budget/high complexity projects as well as those with microbudgets.
  • Roll-up-your sleeves mentality. We are a small team so you must be a doer, and set strategy for a given production.
  • Must thrive in problem-solving and finding a way to pull off great creativity by suggesting smarter, more efficient ways to approach the work. 
  • Be a great communicator: someone who is excellent at helping groups reach consensus, make decisions and move forward. Also must be able to communicate to non-production natives in a way that makes decisions needed clear and easy to follow.

Final salary is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant prior experience, or particular skills and expertise.
