The Challenge

The Deal Desk team partners closely with our Sales Organization to support Quoting, Pricing and booking transactions. This team serves as the primary liaison between our Sales, Legal & Finance teams and is responsible for the efficient, accurate and timely sales bookings.  

As part of the larger Deal Execution team, the Deal Desk team supports our constantly changing and complex business as we launch new products, implement new processes and develop new commercial strategies. 

We are looking for an experienced, dedicated and empathetic leader to build, manage and grow our international Deal Desk team distributed globally across various countries. 

Your Mission
  • Own the deal operations from Quote to Order. 
  • Manage a team of Deal Desk Analysts supporting Enterprise and Commercial B.U.s 
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams such as Sales, Legal, Finance and on a day-to-day basis. 
  • Own the current deal desk processes and its CRM implementation, driving and defining future enhancements. 
  • Interact with the Sales team on a frequent basis to provide deal structure and quoting support throughout the quote to order process. 
You Are
  • Master’s degree required. 
  • 5+ years’ experience in SaaS. 
  • Proven experience in Deal Desk/Sales quoting functions. 
  • Experience in leading through empathy. 
  • Strong sense of ethics and commitment to transparency. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail 
  • Experience in Contracts, Accounting, Billing and revenue recognition. 
  • Technical acumen around CPQ tools.
Extra Awesome
  • Degree in Engineering / Economics and MBA preferred.

Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.

Salary Range$133,550—$178,050 USDBenefits
