Job Summary
rag & bone is looking for a Senior Manager of Digital Product to help steer, analyze and provide recommendations for the best onsite customer experience. This role will work cross-functionally to guide website enhancements from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. They will be involved in solving business issues that impact the omni-channel and digital businesses by working with internal teams and liaising closely with vendor partners.
Responsibilities
- Oversee elements of the product and enhancement roadmap for our Omnichannel and Digital DTC business
- Partner with business and technology teams to craft solutions that support the larger company objectives
- Leverage business KPIs to make recommendations for improvements to the end-to-end customer journey
- Manage day-to-day relationship with third party systems integrator
- Responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, managing development timelines, creating test plans and overseeing deployment for code releases
- Understand the systems architecture associated with Salesforce Commerce Cloud integrations and develop relationships with vendors across the technical stack
- Prioritize the product backlog and own the communication of ongoing development work to cross-functional partners
- Manage the adoption of new enhancements with internal stakeholders, inclusive of SFCC new feature releases
- Collaborate with members of the digital team to troubleshoot site issues, integrations and improvements for operational processes
- Partner with legal team to ensure enhancement meet compliance standards, inclusive of CCPA/GDPR management and ADA requirements
Requirements
- 3-5 years of platform experience on Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- 2+ years overseeing digital product
- Experience working within a rapidly growing eCommerce business
- Knowledge of sprint cycles and AGILE development
- Experience with web analytics for an online retailer or similar online business
- A firm grasp of modern technology and eCommerce tools is essential for this role
- Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics and Tag Manager; other third-party solutions are a plus
- Must have strong quantitative analysis skills and advanced Excel skills
- Experience working with multiple departments to ensure onsite representation of the business and branded needs
- Strong organizational and communications skills

Annual Salary Pay Range$140,000—$150,000 USD
