We’re looking for an experienced Endpoint Manager for a growing, global End User Computing Engineering and Enterprise Tools team. The team is responsible for corporate device management, including more than 20,000+ computers, virtual desktops, mobile devices. The team is also responsible for managing & supporting a SaaS portfolio including but not limited to Google Workspace, Slack, Miro, Confluence and Office 365.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide technical support and guidance to 7-12 direct reports that are globally dispersed. 
  • Expertise in large scale endpoint management and systems automation or systems engineering is required.
  • Continually improve end user services related to endpoint management by deeply understanding customer experiences. 
  • Deploy operating systems, applications, and patches using Intune and JAMF.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot endpoint health and compliance issues.
  • Set 24-hour on-call support to ensure rapid recovery from software or hardware problems for mission-critical systems and networks.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams  to ensure seamless integration with security, networking, and identity management systems.
  • Assist with the maintenance and management of the licensing arrangements of software, including procurement, contract management and renewals as well as capacity monitoring and forecasting. 
  • Designing and managing the integration of various software applications to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability within the enterprise's IT ecosystem.
  • Overseeing the implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of enterprise applications. Ensuring that software applications are configured correctly and perform optimally to meet business requirements.
  • Define strategy for SaaS product consolidation or, in some cases, increasing adoption to maximize product ROI.
  • Scope projects to audit and optimize the existing SaaS portfolio, focusing on improvements to security, permissions, automation, scalability, end-user experience, and license usage.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in SCCM, Intune, and/or JAMF administration and engineering. 
  • Strong leadership, roadmap development, support provision, and operational reporting skills. 
  • Expertise in operating systems such as Windows 10/11, MacOS, Linux
  • Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
  • Experience with programming languages such as Bash/Powershell, Python and familiarity with version control Github/CI-CD pipelines
  • Understanding of core infrastructure services (DNS, DHCP, IIS, Group Policies, File Services, etc.)
  • Analyze logging data/alerts to recognize trends and create proactive solutions to prevent recurring issues.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.  Track record of strong security partnerships and current knowledge of the security landscape.
