Senior Manager, External Kitchens & FulfillmentAs the Senior Manager, External Kitchens & Fulfillment, In this position, you will be a key member of  operations team and will help lead the organization’s effort to be the largest Direct to Consumer RTE brand in the US in the next two years. You will be a change agent responsible for ensuring the implementation and execution of the Director of Fulfillments vision as part of the HelloFresh portfolio of Brands.

You will …  

  • Build and report on cost metrics for operational functions (procurement, fulfillment) and scope areas to improve performance in these respective areas.
  • Work directly with the HelloFresh & Factor Operations leadership team to spearhead innovation projects focused on scaling our operations and expanding the customer offering.
  • Be in the trenches of different areas of our Supply Chain to deliver results and develop cross-functional knowledge.
  • Design and prototype systems and tools that will help our Operations teams manage capacity on an ongoing basis.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects throughout the Supply Chain.
  • Conduct analysis of our current strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Manage cross-functional projects that will enhance the growth of HelloFresh’s overall business.
  • Identify, prioritize, structure, and solve an array of other complex business problems, using analytics and business judgment

At a minimum, you have…

  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree preferred 
  • 3+ years of experience with a manufacturing company, or in a hands-on analytical environment
  • Exceptional project and people management skills
  • Superior analytical skills and operational modeling capabilities
  • Ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving and constantly evolving high growth environment
  • Shop floor experience a plus
  • The desire to thrive in a fast paced and agile environment with the ability to navigate conflicting priorities and shifting organizational demands
  • Flexibility to travel (up to 25%)
