The Senior Manager, FP&A will partner closely with the CFO, Head of Finance, and executive leadership team to actively support the strategic ambitions of the company. This is a role that will have a high level of visibility across the company and to its investors.

The Job:

  • Partner with Formlabs’ leadership to forecast and improve company-wide financial results and provide strategic guidance based on rigorous, data-driven analysis
  • Contribute to financial modeling including developing, implementing and managing all necessary models to support the company operating plan, sales forecasts, strategic initiatives, multi-year business plans, M&A opportunities and sensitivity analyses
  • Develop, report, and automate financial and KPI dashboards to provide management with forecast insights, performance metrics and financial analytics for improved organizational decision-making
  • Develop and/or enhance financial and operational systems and tools (ERP, modeling & BI/reporting) to increase efficiency and visibility
  • Manage the preparation of month-end and quarter-end Operating Reviews
  • Provide support in critical investor relations activities and capital markets projects

 

You:

  • Have applicable work experience in roles of increasing responsibility which may include banking, private equity, FP&A, business development, or other relevant environments
  • Have strong analytical and problem solving skills with an ability to think creatively and interpret financial data
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills to build strong working relationships and trust across the organization, and foster/influence business partnerships
  • Have superb attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills with an senior presence and style adaptable to your audience

 

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working in technology, management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, and/or private equity
  • Familiarity with Adaptive Planning & NetSuite
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Experience in software/tech/hardware industries
  • MBA, CPA or CMA, CFA
  • IPO and/or public company experience
