Title: Senior Manager, Growth Marketing

To support Green Chef’s incredible growth trajectory, we’re looking for an experienced customer acquisition professional to drive revenue growth through strategy, planning and activation across paid and non-paid channels. The Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing, will report directly to the General Manager of Green Chef. To be successful in this role, you will need a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to wear many hats at once. The Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing will collaborate with our Acquisition, Analytics, Product Marketing, Go-to-Market and Business Development teams to establish a high performing acquisition engine by identifying and scaling cost-effective customer acquisition campaigns. You will develop the strategic plan, use analytics to inform decisions and drive execution to optimize a significant marketing budget against company goals. It’s an exciting role that will develop you as a future leader in the D2C growth space by giving you the experience of helping to manage one of the largest meal kit businesses in the world.

You will …
  • Be a thought leader and expert in marketing, helping to define and implement our customer acquisition and overall growth strategies
  • Develop, recommend, and execute marketing campaigns across a variety of paid and organic channels – seamlessly delivering best in class execution that maximizes campaign impact 
  • Have accountability of a substantial marketing budget
  • Proactively identify and implement data-driven optimizations on an ongoing basis 
  • Collaborate with teams spanning Customer Acquisition, Analytics, Product Marketing (Physical & Digital), Brand and Business Development functions
  • Evaluate, negotiate, onboard, and proactively manage new/existing marketing partners as needed
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (i.e., Brand Strategy, Brand Creative) along with external partners to innovate, develop and implement a robust creative strategy, including ongoing testing.
  • Deep dive into key strategic marketing questions that generate actionable insight into how we can improve channel performance

  • Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment 
  • A marketing strategist and can derive insights from qualitative market trends, consumer feedback, and large data sets
  • A collaborative partner with a can-do, positive attitude that is solution-focused
You have…
  • Minimum 5+ years of professional experience with real and consistent results in a performance marketing role
  • Substantial experience working with performance marketing metrics (CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC & LTV)
  • A proven track record in scaling brands; robust playbook of available optimization and growth levers
  • Tactical experience working with specific digital and offline channels preferred (i.e. Social, Search, Display, Mobile / App and Affiliate, Partnerships, Inserts, Direct Mail, TV/OTT, Audio)
  • Proven background working with ecommerce and/or subscription business models is a plus
  • Project management experience and ability to see complex projects from beginning to end
  • Experience collaborating with external vendors and internal stakeholders outside of Marketing

New York Pay Range$116,250—$155,000 USD
