The role

This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced project manager or consultant with a passion for driving physical product improvement and process optimization across multiple markets. Since launching in 2011 HelloFresh one of the core competitive advantages of HelloFresh is a strong database of recipes designed for the taste preferences of each market. These recipes are combined together into a weekly menu that is optimized for customer satisfaction and operations success. The planning of these weekly menus is handled by the fantastic Product Operations teams in each local market. You will be responsible for supporting these local Menu Planning teams, and their Recipe Database Managers.

What you’ll do

• Strategic business planning: reviewing physical product KPIs, advising local Product teams (Heads of Product, Product Managers and Menu Planners) on how to improve our core menu, to optimize for giving customers the best menus, that will continually excite them and draw them back to our product week after week.
• Existing KPI Performance: Identifying opportunities across our international markets to use our weekly product offering (menu) to optimize for existing physical product-related KPIs, for cost and customer satisfaction.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborating and building strong relationships with/between international supply chain and procurement team, be the voice of physical product operations team in terms of menu planning and advice on building coherent processes between these functions.
• Facilitating working groups : bringing our physical product team experts together, to brainstorm business process improvement topics, and align across geographically dispersed teams on the best practices and agreed Standard Operating Procedures  
• Analytical decision making: working with Product teams in the international markets, and International Analytical teams, to ensure local Product teams have access to correct information, and analyses, to inform key product development decisions.
• Business cases development: develop business cases to improve both the physical product, as well as local product operations processes (e.g business processes, systems and technology, team and organizational structures)

What you'll bring

• A MBA (or equivalent) from a top-tier university and a proven record of exceptional academic performance (preferably in Business, Finance  or Supply Chain)
• 5+ years solid project management or consulting experience
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong multitasking and ability to manage priorities simultaneously and meet time-sensitive deadlines
• Strong analytical skills, ability to translate and present quantitative results into digestive insights, in both written and verbal form. 
• Comfortable in Excel and SQL
• PMP certificate holder or LeanSix Sigma Green Belt holder is preferred
• English is our working language
