Payoneer is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Development & M&A to play a pivotal role in the entirety of the M&A process, including deal sourcing, analysis, diligence, and execution. Lead identification of transaction opportunities through industry research, market sizing, and ecosystem mapping. Manage collaboration with Product, Business, and Operations teams to review and recommend potential M&A and Partnership opportunities. Partner with Finance team on development of financial models for use in evaluation of potential targets.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify M&A transaction opportunities through:
  • Analyses from industry research, market sizing, and ecosystem mapping
  • Relationships with the industry, including senior investment bankers and other companies in the industry
• Lead deal sourcing (including target outreach, attending conferences, managing bankers), modeling, commercial & business diligence and execution
• Strong deal process management, problem solving, and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills, including development of clear memos and presentations to senior management at the Company
• Collaborate with internal Payoneer teams across Product, Strategy, Go-To-Market, and Operations to align and discuss potential M&A opportunities and develop buy/build/partner analyses
• Experience performing quantitative and analytical financial modeling and detailed market analyses in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, and/or corporate development

 What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Technology or related discipline preferred
• 6+ years of experience in corporate development at a tech company, a top-tier investment bank, or leading private equity firm with at least 5 years experience with structuring deals
• Strong deal process management, problem solving, and analytical skills
• Demonstrated track record of managing complex M&A from end-to-end including sourcing, relationship development, negotiation, diligence, process management, closing and successful integration
• Experience in performing quantitative and analytical financial modelling and detailed market analyses in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, and/or corporate development
• Strong communication skills, including development of clear memos and presentations to senior management at the Company

Not a must but a great advantage:

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.

The annual base salary range for this position is: $150,000-$180,000
