Senior Manager, Order Management

The ChallengeAs our global business continues to grow, ensuring seamless operations and consistency globally becomes increasingly critical. As a Senior Manager of Order Management, you'll have the opportunity to own the strategic direction of your region, playing a pivotal role in driving our sales strategy forward. Your challenge lies in orchestrating operational decisions that align with strategic objectives while balancing customer needs and system functionality.
Your MissionAs a visionary leader in Order Management your mission is clear:
- Lead and empower a dynamic team of Deal Desk and Order Operations Analysts, fostering a culture of empowerment, innovation, and efficiency to
- align your team’s strategic direction with global objectives.
- Champion collaboration between GTM, Legal, Billing & Revenue Recognition and other teams to address and resolve Order Operation and Deal Desk challenges, ensuring consistent and seamless operations.
- Leverage your expertise to establish yourself as a strategic partner to GTM from AE’s to Executive levels. On a day-to-day basis, you'll collaborate with GTM as a subject matter expert in strategic deal structure, order operations, and system functionality.
- You'll have the freedom to make impactful decisions, driving change within your region and globally. Encourage a culture where every member is empowered to innovate and contribute to positive change fostering strategic autonomy and open-mindedness.
- Serve as a gatekeeper on behalf of Finance Leadership, reviewing requests before they are escalated. Similarly, you’ll empower your team to act as a gatekeeper to you, letting them make decisions within the strategic direction you set forth.
- Develop robust and repeatable deal processes, continuously identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation. Lead initiatives to streamline operations within your region and globally.
- Collaborate closely with the Order Management Director, Business Owners, and Corporate Strategy to drive transformation initiatives and optimize processes.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting
- 4+ years of experience in Deal Desk or Order Management role or 2+ years of experience leading a Deal Desk or Order Management team
- Advanced knowledge of Order Management processes and best practices
- Advanced knowledge of Quote-to-Bill systems end-to-end processes
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ)
- Experience setting up standard and non-standard quoting scenarios including Co-terming, Cancel & Replace, Rebilling, True-Ups, Ramped Deals, etc.
- Ability to understand software contracts and T&Cs
- Can easily explain revenue metrics including ARR, ACV and Churn
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills
- Led transformative Quote to Cash initiatives
- Can build reports and Dashboards in Salesforce
- Understanding of CLM Solutions (e.g. Ironclad)
- Experience maintaining a repository of Quote to Bill business rules and process flows
- DocuSign experience
For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.
