About Agoda
Agoda is a global leader in online travel, leveraging data and technology to deliver exceptional value to millions of travelers and partners. Our Key Accounts team is responsible for driving strategic growth and innovation with our most important partners. We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead pricing strategy for key accounts, combining deep analytics, project management, and commercial acumen.
What You’ll Do
- Work on pricing strategy for key accounts by developing and executing data-driven pricing strategies for Agoda’s most important partners, ensuring competitiveness and profitability in a dynamic market.
- Project manage the end-to-end build and deployment of machine learning models that optimize pricing and automate operations-heavy processes for key accounts.
- Become the subject matter expert on pricing, revenue management, and internal operations tools relevant to key accounts, deeply understanding current processes and identifying opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, product managers, and commercial leaders to design, build, and implement ML solutions that drive business impact for key accounts.
- Independently conduct business-as-usual (BAU) analyses, pricing deep dives, and present actionable findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders, including department heads and key account leaders.
- Support and lead cross-functional projects to improve partner performance, pricing competitiveness, and operational efficiency.
Must Have
- Advanced proficiency in SQL
- Basic proficiency in Python
- Prior project management experience in deploying ML models (with basic technical understanding of underlying ML models)
- Ownership with bias for action mindset
Good to Have
- Able to independently run basic traditional ML models (e.g., random-forests)
- Basic understanding of genAI
- Prior experience with ML models for credit score / fraud assessment
- Open-ness to learn Tableau
