POSITION SUMMARY

HelloFresh is looking for a Technical FSQA Process Manager to drive process definition, standardization and improvement across the FSQA DC Quality domain in 11 international markets. With a scope that covers processes in DC Inbound and Inbound Checks, Inventory Management, Cold Chain Management, Shelf-Life Management, and Allergen Management, this role will have a huge impact on the future success of HelloFresh and its supply chain.

This role is a Maternity cover, 12 months contract. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage, define, and map Food Safety and Quality processes to be used throughout our international markets. 
  • Work closely with technical stakeholders to define business requirements and drive the process digitalization 
  • Organize workshops with stakeholders to collect inputs and supporting in driving process governance agenda
  • Test and verify systems satisfy the requirements according to our Food Safety policies
  • Train users and rollout the systems and processes to end users in the warehouse
  • Measure process performance and adherence across our different markets
  • Continuously challenge status-quo and drive process improvement projects
  • Collect improvement opportunities both from within and outside the organization
  • Define and establish frameworks, processes and measurement strategies that enhance efficiency, governance, performance, and resilience 
  • Analyze and present data in order to provide solid recommendations for the project to the senior leadership team
  • Formulate actionable recommendations based on data
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • 3+ years of experience preferably as a process consultant or related role with a focus in a process management or technical systems implementation role with an Engineering, Mathematics, or related degree. Knowledge of Food Safety or Warehouse Management processes a plus.
  • Process Modeling experience using BPMN 2.0 and software like MS Visio, Signavio or similar a plus.
  • Exemplary and demonstrable stakeholder management experience across diverse stakeholder groups and seniority. 
  • Superior analytical skills and operational modeling capabilities connected to strategic thinking. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Advanced presentation skills.
  • Hands on mentality.
  • Experience in deployment of digital procurement tools is a plus.
  • Six sigma green belt or similar qualification is a plus.
  • Experience in Database Programming Language SQL is a plus. 
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence software is a plus (Tableau, JIRA, ICS).
  • Requires expertise in operating Microsoft Office/ Google suite programs.
  • Language: English, other European languages considered a plus (German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian)

  • Assertive, responsible, and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and navigate complex situations.
