  Things You’ll Do
  • Drive Security Innovation: Lead initiatives to research, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge security technologies for intrusion detection, threat hunting, incident response, and automation.
  • Manage Complex Security Operations: Oversee the daily operations of security teams responsible for network monitoring, threat detection and analysis, incident response, and threat intelligence.
  • Lead Incident Response: Assume ownership of major security incidents, guiding cross-functional teams through investigation, containment, and remediation efforts.
  • Shape Security Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive Security Operations strategy aligned with the company's risk tolerance and business goals.
  • Manage Security Projects: Oversee complex security initiatives, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while mitigating risks and fostering adaptability.
  • Develop a High-Performing Team: Build and mentor a diverse team of security professionals, championing knowledge-sharing, continuous learning, and professional growth.
  What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

  • Proven Leadership Experience: 10+ years of experience in security operations management roles, with a track record of leading teams, driving innovation, and executing complex projects.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of intrusion detection methodologies, threat hunting techniques, incident response processes, security automation, and threat intelligence. Expertise in developing and implementing automated security solutions is a major plus.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate security threats into actionable strategies, aligning security initiatives with business objectives and risk tolerance.
  • Engineering and Automation Focus: Demonstrated passion for building and optimizing SOC processes through automation and custom tooling. Experience in scripting and programming languages (Python, PowerShell, etc.) is highly valued.
  • Communication & Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
