Supply Digital Marketing team leads partner communications and engagement at scale between Agoda and hotel partners. Our team consists of highly driven individuals, finding new ways to connect with partners and offer the most relevant solutions. We develop win-win relationships and leverage Agoda’s unique accommodations portfolio and tech solutions to bring our partners the advantages they seek. Utilizing our strong brand and resources, we roll out new product to increase the visibility of Agoda, introduce more travelers to our great products and service and deliver significant revenues to the overall business. 

Job Overview:

Our team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager to help define how Agoda can best engage and unlock values via digital channels for our accommodation partners. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of talented individuals as well as help the team define and execute against a roadmap of milestones

Key responsibilities

  • Strategy and Roadmap Development: Develop a roadmap of milestones to help drive engagement with accommodation partners, deliver a highly efficient engagement channel and drive team’s KPIs
  • Milestones implementation: In addition to planning a strong roadmap, the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and bringing these ideas to life and evaluating their results will be as important
  • Data-driven decision making: Leverage data to help the team make informed decisions
  • Experimentation: Design and prioritize key experiments for the team to inform new ways of working or new decisions to take
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering their growth and development within the organization
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and account management, to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and overall business strategies
  • Communication guidelines for partners: Develop guidelines on how departments across agoda can communicate and experiment on new ideas with accommodation partners – the content, the channel, the communications, etc.
  • Qualifications:

    • Experience in B2B or partner marketing
    • Minimum of 7+ years working experience
    • Strong business acumen and problem solving skills
    • A balanced of strategic thinking as well as ability to turn those ideas into reality
    • Strong team management skills
    • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to make data-driven decisions
    • Ability to adapt and navigate in a fast pace working environment
    • Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. MBA is a plus
    • Ability to write SQL would be a plus, or willingness to learn
