As a Senior Marketing BI Analyst in Marketing Analytics, you will be based at the HelloFresh Global Headquarters in Berlin and help us build data driven insights to develop strategies to grow and optimize our business. You will join the Market Insights team which acts as a key consultant for the senior leadership of 17+ HelloFresh International markets.

• Become a trusted advisor to our Marketing management teams by understanding, shaping and solving analytical business challenges, then jointly formulate and develop implementation strategies
• Measure, benchmark and monitor performance of the different HF brands across different markets and proactively propose initiatives to improve main business KPIs
• Challenge and improve Marketing budgeting processes
• Collaborate with other analysts and contribute to a productive team environment
• Your work will span across creating analytical insights, reporting & visualization, forecasting, streamlining processes and owning high impact projects, often directly with senior leadership

• Motivated individual with strong team-working skills
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Finance, Marketing, Consulting, or a fast-growing start-up (ideally B2C)
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to transform vague problem statements and vast amounts of data into actionable analytical insights
• Technical expertise with spreadsheets, SQL and Tableau, plus ideally Python basics
• Strong project and senior stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication in English, in particular around analytical concepts in the business context, both written and spoken
