Senior Marketing Data Analyst

By working with our Warsaw office, you will help shape scalable, data-driven products used across our markets, working with a modern tech stack and international teams to continuously improve how people discover, order, and enjoy HelloFresh’s products, today and in the future.
The roleAs a Senior Marketing Data Analyst in our Global Marketing Analytics organisation, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-informed decision-making at HelloFresh. Based in our Berlin Headquarters, you’ll join the Market Insights team - an internal analytics function supporting senior leadership across 15+ HelloFresh markets spanning 3 continents.
You will turn data into strategic recommendations, challenge the status quo, and directly shape how our global brands grow and operate.
What You’ll Do- Act as a trusted advisor to Global Marketing leadership: understand their challenges, frame analytical problem statements, and translate insights into actionable strategic recommendations
- Measure, benchmark, and monitor brand and market performance, proactively identifying opportunities to improve key Marketing and business KPIs
- Influence and optimize Marketing budgets and planning processes by challenging assumptions and ensuring data-driven decision making
- Lead high-impact analytical projects, often partnering directly with senior stakeholders to enhance performance frameworks, forecasting, growth strategies, and reporting ecosystems
- Build and enhance reporting and visualization assets that support day-to-day decision-making and strengthen global performance oversight
- Collaborate with and mentor analysts within the team, fostering a high-performing and supportive analytics community
- Streamline analytical processes and workflows, championing scalable and automated solutions
- A motivated, collaborative mindset with strong team-working skills and a passion for solving complex business problems
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Finance Analytics, or a related quantitative field—ideally in a fast-paced B2C or subscription business
- Strong understanding of Marketing and Growth metrics, and how they connect to overall business performance
- A results-oriented and structured approach, able to turn vague or ambiguous business questions into clear analytical frameworks and insights
- Solid technical skills, including:
- Spreadsheets and SQL (required)
- Tableau or a similar visualisation tool (e.g. Looker, PowerBI)
- Python (a plus)
- Proven project ownership and stakeholder management abilities, especially in senior or cross-functional settings
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain analytical concepts to non-technical audiences and influence decision-making
- Global collaboration at scale: Collaborate with experienced engineers and product partners across HelloTech’s international teams, in a culture of active knowledge sharing.
- Technology with real-world impact: Build and operate modern systems at global scale, supporting 6+ millions of customers and complex supply chain operations.
- Technical/Product/Design leadership: Drive best practices and influence architecture/design, quality, and ways of working in an autonomous, product-led setup.
- End-to-end development/delivery: Drive decisions from problem definition to production, improving systems and enabling long-term scalability.
