The opportunity 

You are responsible for the performance of our B2B and B2C campaigns to grow our member base and generate leads for our B2B team. This includes budget management, asset creation and optimization. You also help the B2B team with the adaptations of the pitch deck and support the B2B growth strategy with the growth team. Together with the Head of International Marketing you manage the PR and event strategy. Additionally, you will oversee and support the Content and Social Media strategy in collaboration with the Content and Social Media Manager. 

You play a pivotal role in making sure our campaigns are hitting our targets with the best CAC. You constantly are looking into how we can improve our media mix and how we can support our B2B team in closing deals. As a creative all-rounder, you will oversee the roll out of local marketing campaigns and share the results. In collaboration with our headquarters, you will steer our efforts on the ground and represent our brand to the local audience.

Your responsibilities 
  • Implement global B2B and B2C campaigns to ensure Brand Awareness within Portugal 
  • Responsible for the performance and optimization of our B2C campaign for member acquisition
  • Responsible for the performance, optimization of the B2B lead campaigns and meet target cost per MQL. 
  • Create nurture flows in Hubspot 
  • Brief and work together with external partners for asset creation and PR
  • Optimize campaigns with a focus on the CAC with the HQ performance team. 
  • Manage the ad spend budget together with the Global Brand Marketing and Partnerships Lead 
  • Oversee and support Content and Social Media strategy in collaboration with the Content and Social Media Manager. 
  • Organize Event Strategy and coordinate the presence at events with a focus on B2B and B2C strategy 
  • Work closely with sales team and other departments to improve the workflow and results. 
What you need to succeed 
  • You have gained 5+ years of Marketing experience (ideally within a fast-paced, dynamic setting)
  • Ability to develop comprehensive and effective plans, ensuring organized and well-executed marketing initiatives
  • You demonstrate excellent copywriting skills
  • You have experience in event organization and production
  • You are experienced working with CRMs like Pipedrive, Airship, Hubspot or other tools 
  • You are familiar with Content Management Systems (e.g. Wordpress) and Ad management tools (e.g. Linkedin Ads, Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • You have strong analytical skills (e.g. Google analytics, Excel, Metabase, Looker, etc.) and can identifying challenges, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions
  • Readiness and flexibility to adapt to changing market dynamics, trends and emerging opportunities in the rapidly evolving field of marketing
