Reporting to the Associate Director of B2B Product Marketing, the Senior Senior Marketing Manager, B2B Hospitality, will develop, manage and execute B2B integrated marketing campaigns for our industry-leading hospitality solutions, with a focus on driving self-service revenue. You will oversee the growth strategy of our newly launched eCommerce platform, Tripadvisor for Business. In collaboration with cross-functional partners and channel owners, you will work to increase traffic and conversion rates through CRO testing & optimizations, pricing & promotional tests, and new channel expansions. In this role, you will be part of, and help shape, a small but growing B2B Marketing function at Tripadvisor, within the B2B group. 

 

What You’ll Do

 

  • Develop, manage and execute B2B omni-channel marketing programs  with a focus on driving self-service revenue for the hospitality business

  • Leverage customer data and customer research to develop full-funnel growth driving tactics that demonstrate our ability to solve customer’s problems 

  • Champion the customer and lead the the development of necessary customer journeys to drive awareness, education, acquisition, adoption, and retention  

  • Oversee the eCommerce strategy for Tripadvisor for Business; own both the short- and long-term marketing roadmap that improves the website performance, enhances the customer journey, and drives revenue growth of our hero products

  • Partner with channel leads to increase traffic and conversion rates through conversion rate optimization (CRO) testing, pricing & promotional strategies, and new channel expansions (including Paid, SEO/SEM, Content, etc) 

  • Drive self-service growth by examining the performance of each touchpoint across the entire consumer journey and identifying key marketing and product levers to unlock incremental improvements

  • Investigate weekly performance to understand trends and identify successes and opportunities, while also creating and delivering weekly performance reports. Maintain and evolve tracking and monitor dashboards to inform customer acquisition & retention efforts. 

  • Partner with our creative, content, and product team to merchandise the site, a/b test pages, and craft compelling narratives to help sell our products. 

  • Work with Analytics, Data Science and Product Marketing to develop actionable, data-driven insights to inform marketing roadmaps, messaging, and optimizations

  • Project manage new campaign initiatives and drive projects to completion on time

 

Skills & Experience

    • Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Business or related field

    • Proven experience (7+ years) in eCommerce management and growth strategy, preferably within B2B SaaS and a multi-product portfolio. 

    • Experience working in a customer first environment, leveraging data, insights, and research to craft compelling marketing solutions 

    • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, technologies and trends

    • Demonstrated success in driving online sales and achieving revenue targets

    • Comfortable operating at highly strategic and tactical levels, switching between them effortlessly

    • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; adapts easily and quickly to change

    • A strong cross-team collaborator and relationship-builder 

    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills required

    • Strong sense of ownership and an entrepreneurial spirit

    • Passion for the hospitality industry and independent business partners

 

 

The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $170,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. An employee’s pay position within the wage range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. This compensation range may also be modified in the future.
