We’re looking for an experienced, creative, and results-oriented Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive Payoneer’s B2B small segment customers and product lines to accelerate growth, share of wallet and retention, globally. This is a high-visibility position where you will play a key role as part of the top business priority area within Payoneer. The ideal candidate will have extensive product marketing experience within a fast-growing organization, or a start-up. You will be responsible for the multi-currency account and billing product offering, driving powerful go-to-market programs supported by central and regional marketing teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced product marketing professional to report directly to the Global Head of Product Marketing with a strong dotted line reporting line to the Director of Product Marketing for B2B and be a key member of the B2B business unit.

 

What’s the job?

  • Own the marketing strategy for the B2B small segment, driving ambitious commercial and product KPIs and targets for the B2B small segment product. Additionally, lead global growth programs and experiments
  • Champion the SMB segment by deeply understanding different industry verticals' needs, pain points, and motivations. To create winning toolkits and assets to enable central and local teams to grow market share and increase product retention
  • Deploy product marketing plans to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment of strategies and providing enablement support to achieve KPIs for acquisition and retention
  • Coordinate with regional marketing teams to ensure timely and cohesive strategic alignment across all marketing initiatives & deliverables.
  • Work closely with product teams to deliver world-class product launches, develop differentiated product narratives and translate values and benefits of new products & features into customer-facing messaging and product launches.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing and RevOps to drive an integrated GTM plan with end-to-end thinking across all customer touchpoints.
  • Develop and operationalize foundational product marketing assets, including value propositions, target personas, messaging, user journey insights, and product-related content.
  • Utilise customer research and insights to uncover opportunities, inform needle-mover programs and value prop creation and inspire stakeholders

 

Does this sound like you?

  • 8+ years of marketing experience, with a min 3+ years in product marketing
  • Fluent in English
  • Extensive experience in the tech sector, ideally payments, FinTech, SaaS or ecommerce
  • Effective working in highly matrixed, distributed, and fast-moving environments
  • Skilled product storyteller and influential communicator
  • Demonstrated success in solving complex problems, driving change, and accelerating the growth trajectory of offerings/channels/segments.
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to make strategic choices based on highest impact near term vs long term
  • Strong facilitation and influencing skills to drive and lead cross- functional initiatives Team player with excellent communication skills, ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders
  • Proven in translating data and insights to drive decisions
  • Ability to distil complex information in a clear, concise, and compelling way
  • Experience working in a global role working across multiple geographical locations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter and high energy individual, with a bias for action and accountability
  • Comfortable with marketing math; forecasting, MAU, CAC, LTV, etc
  • Equally comfortable with high-level strategy and hands-on work

 

Not a must but a great advantage:

  • Solid understanding of the payments industry or ecommerce and its current evolution across the world.
