The Senior Marketing Manager, UK, will be part of the phenomenal EMEA Regional Marketing leadership team as well as the UK leadership teams and will report to the Senior Director of EMEA Regional Marketing.

We are seeking an innovative, thoughtful, and experienced marketer who is fun to work with and a true standout colleague!

Your responsibilities will be to ensure the right mix of field marketing programs and campaigns, such as email campaigns, online webinars, virtual events, field events, account programs, content syndication as well as content localization and more.

To be successful, you will need to be an excellent teammate and be agile to work in the matrix environment.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Develop and implement the marketing plan for the UK & Ireland region to support the high growth targets in regard to awareness, user engagement, lead generation as well as pipeline acceleration.
  • Collaborate with UK leadership, local sales, and solution architects to understand the local market and build plans accordingly.
  • Build positive relationships with other marketing functions to influence campaigns, including specific account-based marketing programs for key accounts.
  • Successfully handle budgets and supervise the performance of activities to evaluate the attribution and return on investment of programs.
  • Continuously collect feedback, iterate, and optimize programs.
  • Develop account-based marketing plans for our top strategic accounts in the region. 
What You Bring Along:
  • Experience working in the B2B Enterprise tech/software space, preferably in open source, big data, cloud, saas and analytics.
  • Experience in marketing the technical features to users as well as the business value to decision-makers.
  • Data-driven and analytical approach to influence marketing strategy
  • Forward leaning as well as strong project management skills
  • Strategic problem solver as well as hands-on execution
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably SFDC & Marketo as well as Google Analytics, Splash and other marketing tools.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional virtual teams
  • Proficient in English speaking and writing skills
  • Full of positive energy but at the same time humble and ambitious
  • People management
  • Knowledge of key industries such as financial services and the UK public sector
