The Role

An exciting role at deliveroo, at the heart of our business & marketing strategy. You will be responsible for coordinating large cross-functional project teams to deliver key marketing goals and initiatives. You will work with our Commercial, Finance, Tech and Marketing orgs to meet campaign objectives, and will have end-to-end project management responsibility, accountable for delivery of campaigns to a high standard and on time. You will also be responsible for taking our internal marketing strategy, and educating our internal teams how to frame it to external partners, building compelling data-led narratives using consumer data and insights. You will need to engage large teams across the business and flex information depending on their specific needs and requirements. 

What you would need to do:

 

  • Owning the go to market plan for large scale marketing campaigns and co-ordinating cross functional stakeholder groups to deliver the project on time and on budget 
  • Engaging teams internally to deliver on campaign requirements (e.g restaurant sign ups) through creation of training materials and comms cadence 
  • Day to day management of executional processes e.g creation and maintenance of sign up trackers, progress reporting, finance processes and translating large data sets into different formats for dynamic creative production
  • Analysing large data sets and creating digestible outputs for senior leadership review
  • Deliver set of engagement initiatives for regional teams and offices to engage in quarterly marketing activity and partner growth opportunities 
  • Drive and track quarterly initiatives Rx sign ups to ensure teams meet targets 
  • Set up scalable post campaign analysis tools for Px’s and develop process to report back to regional and national accounts campaign performance of campaigns from prior quarter 
  • In flight escalations and trouble shooting in relation to campaign or Rx issues
  • In flight support with reporting, budget management and forecasting 

 

What you need to know and show

  • Strong project management experience leading large complex projects with cross functional teams to deliver a common goal 
  • Experience working in fast paced, dynamic environments
  • Comfortable working with large data sets in G-Sheets / Excel and able to translate data into digestible formats for SLT
  • Analytical thinker, able to break down complex problems
  • Strong communicator, adapting style across levels up to leadership team
  • Able to build compelling data-led proposals, using consumer insight and data
  • Excellent team player
