Title: Senior Menu Operations Analyst

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM (hybrid 2-3 days onsite)

Reporting to Senior Manager, Menu Operations, you will be responsible for leading reporting of our menu health metrics to support a strong customer experience with the HelloFresh and Chef's Plate brands. This role will also lead reporting and automation projects for various business partners, including Planning, Logistics, Culinary, Product, Procurement, and Finance. You will work closely with stakeholders to uncover opportunities for reporting or automation, define requirements, and design and build solutions, managing all aspects of project delivery and governance. Additionally, you will also lead the identification of process or control opportunities to improve cost management and tracking, and liaise with procurement and sourcing stakeholders to assess and prioritize opportunities for improvement.

• Develop, scope, and execute innovative projects to enhance and expand HelloFresh and Chef’s Plate menu and product offerings, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience
• Liaise with finance to build monthly COGS reports and provide analysis of the period-end operational cost results, including variance explanations and non-compliance with controls and processes
• Ideate, scope, and lead projects that support scaling of ingredient operations, particularly via ingredient usage/forecasting through to final product delivery
• Support finance budgeting and planning processes, acting as the subject matter expert in COGS and procurement spend
• Continuously improve reporting capabilities for the sourcing and procurement functions by working closely with stakeholder teams to understand process and knowledge gaps and build solutions to enable better decision making
• Build tools, dashboards, and data-driven processes to help stakeholders across operational groups in making better business decisions
• Lead ad-hoc deep dives and analyses to understand organizational performance, identify gaps, and prioritize opportunities for improvement
• Develop project plans and project governance mechanisms to track project progress and ensure stakeholder engagement
• Advocate for data quality, data governance and data product thinking
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex topics to business stakeholders
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end automation and reporting solutions
• 3-5 years of experience in a business analysis role, preferably in industries with a physical product
• Advanced proficiency within Google and Microsoft suite, particularly within Google Sheets & Excel
• Experience querying data from relational databases using SQL
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau
• Experience automating reporting solutions using Python, VBA, Apps Script or other programming languages
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Economics or Business preferred, or equivalent work experience
