This is a hybrid role (M-TH) based out of Boston. 

 

This role owns the end-to-end content improvement processes for our Diff 2.0 products, ensuring all available content is captured on our listings and is consistent with our high standards. This role oversees the offshore team, monitors key operational metrics and SLAs, and will act as the subject matter expert on the content scraping (ROOMBA) and Product Content Quality Assurance (PCQA) processes. 

You will serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders looking for support leveraging our ROOMBA and PCQA processes. You will oversee the overall process, working closely with multiple cross-functional teams to address incoming requests. In addition, you will identify and implement initiatives to streamline and improve the overall process going forward. You will support efforts to expand and grow our content scraping operation from just select SRB products today to the broader Diff 2.0 cohort. This will include understanding the specific nuances of various groupings, designing optimal processes, and working with offshore partners to execute.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Capture product information needs from brand and merchandising partners, coordinating requirements and prioritization through E2E project planning
  • Oversee the ongoing product information review process across Premium and Specialty brand SKUs, coordinating issue resolution and escalation with merchandising and content production teams
  • Manage the comprehensive merchandising review of specialized cohorts of high priority SKUs to ensure accuracy and enhance the product content
  • Conduct tracking and analysis across large datasets using dashboards, Google Sheets, Excel and other tools to maintain data cleanliness and content accuracy
  • Own stakeholder reporting, keeping stakeholders informed of performance metrics, progress, and risks to meeting targets and deadlines
  • Inform Digital Content roadmaps and capability expansion, through feedback loops across key stakeholders

 

What You’ll Need

  • 2-3 years of relevant work, experience with ecommerce, project management, analytics is preferred
  • Highly analytical, including experience with analyzing and interpreting data sets directly (high Excel proficiency is a must, experience with SQL/GBQ preferred) 
  • Innovative problem-solving skills to dissect and determine root causes of problems
  • Excellent attention to detail, proactively identifying deviations from expectations and driving solutions
  • A solution-oriented individual, able to manage time effectively by keeping deadlines and effectively prioritize and juggle multiple competing priorities for self and team
  • Strong interpersonal communication with peers, manager, and business partners, able to deliver information clearly and concisely with supporting data.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and has an ownership mentality
  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and drive to take on new projects and learn new processes, skills, and technology
