This is a hybrid positions requiring M-TH in office and remote on Fridays. Office is located in Boston, MA.  Senior Associate, Catalog Merchandising

The Catalog Merchandising team’s mission is to deliver rich, confidence-inspiring merchandising for customers and offerings that inspire lasting trust across all our stores. Great merchandising makes it easy for customers to quickly find exactly what they need, providing the foundation for inspiration, effortless browsing and discovery. We aim to (1) be the most confidence-inspiring and inspirational home shopping destination, (2) build lasting customer trust in our offering, and (3) enable our suppliers to drive growth with world class catalog management. 

 

What You'll Do
  • Immerse yourself in the ecommerce industry to understand industry benchmarks as a means to influence and drive roadmaps
  • Own and deliver projects end to end taking on ideas at problem statement level with responsibility for discovery, structuring & scoping problems through to delivering the final end product, process, tool or solution
  • Collaborate & Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to drive projects to completion and ensure a cohesive supplier experience across all touch points
  • Build compelling business cases for change to secure engineering resources to drive automation and enforce tracking of project success against predefined KPIs and metrics
  • Proactively identify trending issues and work with relevant partners to develop creative and effective solutions with a holistic approach
  • Support day-to-day operations where needed
What You'll Need
  • 2+ years of relevant experience within an ecommerce or corporate retail organization
  • Proactive and eager to constantly seek out opportunities to make an impact
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task several projects
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and precisely, strong written and verbal communication skills with external and cross-functional internal stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
  • Strong work ethic and level of urgency
  • Attention to detail and ability to catch errors & suggest solutions
  • Comfortable working with and learning new technology
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; comfortable working with and manipulating data through in Excel/GSheets 
  • SQL/GBQ experience is a plus, but not required
