As a Senior MLOps Engineer at Betsson Group, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between data science and production operations. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure our machine learning models are effectively deployed, monitored, and maintained in a scalable and secure environment.

  What You'll Do:
  • Design, build, and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of ML models. 
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and DevOps teams to implement best practices for model lifecycle management.
  • Optimize model training, deployment, and inference processes for performance and cost-efficiency.
  • Implement monitoring systems to track the performance and reliability of deployed models.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements for Machine Learning solutions.
  • Automate workflows and manage infrastructure for large-scale Machine Learning projects.
  • Contribute to the development of reusable frameworks and tools to accelerate Machine Learning adoption across the organization.
  What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in MLOps, DevOps, or a similar role in a production environment. 
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience in ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Strong understanding of Data Engineering workflows and tools (e.g. Apache Spark, Kafka, or Airflow).
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
  • Knowledge of model versioning and reproducibility tools such as MLflow or DVC is a plus.
