• 3+ years of experience in software development and API design
• Solid understanding and certification with Mulesoft, including Anypoint Platform modules and administration, Anypoint Studio development, RAML development, and CloudHub
• Proficient in Java (related to Mulesoft), Maven, and Python for scripting
• Familiar with Linux, GIT, CI/CD, testing, containers, and monitoring
• Skilled at working independently and in collaboration with others
• Experience in building performant, stable, and user-friendly products
• Self-motivated problem-solver with a strong desire to learn
• Demonstrated history of collaboration and effective communication
• Is highly effective working in a remote, trans-atlatic team
• Already lives MongoDB’s core values

• Build strong relationships and grasp the challenges faced by teams across the company
• Collaborate to identify high-impact problems and propose creative solutions
• Design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge Mulesoft applications and integrations
• Contribute to the creation and review of product specification documents
• Write high-quality, well-documented, and well-tested code
• Optimize Mulesoft applications for performance and functionality
• Share Mulesoft knowledge and provide technical guidance to team members

• In three months, you'll have familiarized yourself with our existing tooling, begun building relationships with potential users, and contributed to early prototype development
• In six months, you'll be a valuable Mulesoft resource at MongoDB, driving enhancements that improve data access, performance, and security
• In twelve months, you'll have contributed to the development of numerous APIs and data pipelines, empowering our teams to develop and analyze data more efficiently than ever before
