We are looking for an experienced Performance Manager to run our Lean Six Sigma efforts and to continuously monitor and improve our Customer Operations processes and services

CO Business Processes is our internal support team within Customer Operations, running the Process, Quality, and Performance Management for the specific processes of Professional Services, Customer Support and Payroll Operations. In addition, the team owns and develops the portfolio of Service Offering for our customers.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Performance Measurement: You are responsible for the definition of Performance KPI, regular reports and dashboards for all areas of CO, as well as the close collaboration with the Data team to develop and maintain these.

  • Performance Assessment: You are continuously assessing all CO processes based on Lean Six Sigma methods to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks.

  • Continuous Improvement: You are providing regular and transparent performance updates to the team and management, deriving and recommending prioritized areas for improvement.

  • Lean Six Sigma Mindset: You are fostering the adoption of Lean and Six Sigma principles in all CO teams, promoting a mindset of ongoing improvement and excellence.

  • Enablement: You are providing training and mentorship to Green Belts and other team members involved in Lean Six Sigma projects.

  • Project Support: You are supporting various CO-/CX-projects as a subject-matter expert for Lean Six Sigma - especially conducting process analysis workshops, data collection/preparation and hypothesis testing.

  • Business Planning: You are supporting all business modelling and budgeting efforts of CO in collaboration with teams of CXSO - including scenario planning.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • You have a proven track record of 3+ years in a performance-management-oriented role (e.g. Data Analyst, Quality Assurance Specialist, Performance Analyst).

  • You have a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and 3+ years experience in managing LSS projects, ideally in a Customer Operations environment, ensuring that your initiatives are completed on time and within budget.

  • You can actively translate corporate/departmental strategies into tactical initiatives and manage the necessary changes in your area of control.

  • You are very reliable and diligent in your work, and have a high attention to detail.

  • You are a tech-savvy, data-driven person with strong analytical skills.

  • You have excellent written and spoken English communication skills, and preferably additional German skills (B1).
