Red Ventures is seeking a Senior Analyst, Business Operations to support the Bankrate Brand, in the Home Lending vertical.  This individual will manage the day-to-day operations by optimizing revenue, UX experiences, and audience segmentation both onsite and with our partners.

What You’ll Do: 

• Gain hands-on experience in partnership relationship management, operations, digital marketing, finance, UX testing, and other key areas of the Bankrate Home Lending business
• Manage both day-to-day and strategic operations, including formulating, designing, implementing and executing strategic initiatives for our partnerships and onsite
• Own communication streams with key stakeholders and our partners. You will be responsible for communicating performance trends, test launches, testing results, partnership launches and larger initiatives that will step-change the business’s growth trajectory
• Manage priorities and execution across a team of analysts, creatives, and engineers
• Conduct thorough analyses of revenue, conversion, and performance to drive greater profitability as well as efficiency and effectiveness for the business and our stakeholders
• Take part in assessing and initiating potential new partnerships or product launches

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in a highly quantitative and analytical environment
• Demonstrated strong ability to access, manipulate, and understand full funnel datasets and technical platforms without oversight (sql) and build relevant reports, dashboards and visualizations to answer business questions (Excel, Tableau, Looker etc.)
• Able to apply foundational analytical techniques (segmentation, clustering, correlation, regression, classification etc.) to enhance analysis to discover deeper trends and relationships to determine action items
• Strong grasp of relevant raw event data and can track data pathing from ingest to database. Able to build custom queries to manipulate data to answer new questions we dont answer on a day to day basis
• Ability to discern signal from noise using statistical approaches such as sampling, hypothesis testing, and a/b testing
• Can collaborate with Data Scientists to determine where Machine Learning and AI could be leveraged in their function and problem set. Ability to assist the build, testing and analysis of the outcome
• Drive: The ideal candidate is proactive, has a positive attitude, is well organized, and is adept at managing competing deadlines and priorities
• Comfortable in a fast paced and often changing environment, with an inclination to solve new problems proactively, and learning new skills as a must
• Strong business communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
