We are looking for a detail-oriented and proficient Commercialization Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for orchestrating the deployment of commercialization master data management initiatives, including the introduction of new products, regions, offers, and promotions. You will ensure that these elements are accurately configured within our systems to support seamless commercialization processes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Master Data Management: Oversee the creation, maintenance, and deployment of commercialization product master data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all involved systems.
  • Orchestrate Commercialization Deployments: Coordinate the planning, execution, and enablement of new product launches, regional expansions, and promotional offers, ensuring they align with company objectives and timelines.
  • System Configuration and Integration: Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure new products, pricing, and offers are correctly configured in Salesforce CPQ and other related systems. Oversee the integration of these configurations into the broader Quote to Cash process.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure all downstream teams, Deals Desk, Finance, and Sales are aligned and prepared for new product launches.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization within the commercialization master data management processes and participate in process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and accuracy, supporting the scalability of our commercial operations.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders. Provide regular updates on the status of commercialization deployments, address any issues promptly, and ensure alignment across all teams.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience: Proficient in product master data management, with hands-on experience in systems like Salesforce CPQ or other software configuration, pricing, and quoting platforms. Experience with cloud products is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of system configuration and integration within the commercialization process, particularly in a software-as-a-service (SaaS) or cloud environment. Project Management skills are preferred
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and implement data-driven improvements to the commercialization process.
  • Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field is preferred.
