Senior Operations Associate - Supply

We’re looking for a talented individual to join our Rider Supply function within our Operations department. This candidate is responsible for agency & rider onboarding - ultimately ensuring we have adequate supply of riders at all times across all our markets. The ideal individual shall be outgoing, ownership-driven with strong relationship management skills and excited about the opportunity to shape this growing function. 

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring we hit supply targets in all cities -by monitoring every stage of supply processes to ensure we have the right size fleet in every city.
  • Lead the execution of our hiring workflow in all markets and assure compliance with local laws.
  • Primary point of contact for 3pl’s. Supporting 3pl’s in enhancing drivers performance and compliance.
  • Autonomously design, set up, and track all processes related to rider onboarding - including target-setting, onboarding velocity, and efficiencies, right-to-work compliance, etc.
  • Provide effective and tailored communication to influence external and internal stakeholders
  • Working with stakeholders from other departments - Ensuring coordination with operational changes and cross-functional efforts 

Requirements 

  • Analytical - Able to use data to extract the relevant information, and identify and resolve issues. Proficient in Excel, or Google equivalent.
  • Strategic Thinker - Demonstrate business acumen and aptitude to think strategically
  • Effective communicator - Able to disseminate ideas in a clear, concise manner to the relevant stakeholders. Influencer and a negotiation with good public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Track record of ‘getting things done’ - Willingness to get your hands dirty, and know when you have enough insight to make a call and apply the 80 / 20 rule to execute ‘on-the-fly’
  • Resilient - Strong work ethic alongside an ability to tackle and bounce back from complex challenges and issues 
  • Inquisitive - Intellectually curious, thoughtful, and comfortable questioning the status-quo
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment in an operations role
