Senior Operations Manager, Procurement
As the Senior Operations Manager, Procurement, you will lead a team of analysts dedicated to supporting procurement & fulfillment activities by refining and executing current processes and leading the development, automation, and scaling of tools and capabilities. Your guidance will be instrumental in spearheading reporting efforts, tool development, managing technical projects, and collaborating on data engineering tasks to improve data accessibility and data driven decision-making across the organization.
You’ll also partner with our technology product management team to develop the supply chain product roadmap to support a best-in-class procurement organization. Steering the team's roadmap, you'll align its direction with organizational goals and provide valuable mentorship, feedback, and coaching to foster analysts' professional growth.

- Lead a team of analysts supporting procurement & fulfillment activities, covering forecasting, tool development, data visualization, scenario planning, and ad-hoc analysis.
- Drive strategic initiatives to enhance procurement processes and foster continuous improvement efforts.
- Identify and execute initiatives aimed at optimizing procurement operations, identifying and/or executing cost-saving initiatives, and improving the customer experience.
- Act as the primary liaison with the technology product management team, partnering to develop and execute a supply chain roadmap that aligns with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Tableau to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and procurement metrics.
- Leverage cloud based data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, and AWS to create scalable, efficient, and modern data infrastructures and applications.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all tools and platforms.
- Provide mentorship, feedback, and coaching to analysts to support their professional development.

- Advanced Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel
- Advanced SQL
- Proficiency in Python
- Expertise in reporting and data visualization software (Tableau or Grafana preferred)
- Familiarity with Google Apps Script (preferred)
- Strong technical project management skills with a track record of delivering scalable solutions.
- Familiarity with technical project management software (JIRA preferred)
- Familiarity with data engineering & data orchestration tasks such as ETL, database management, and automation of data processes
- Familiarity with Streamlit (preferred)
- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to define and deliver technical solutions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing and mentoring a team.

New York Pay Range$116,250—$155,000 USD
