Yotpo is seeking a Senior Paid Acquisition Manager to join our Growth Marketing team.
We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven marketer who thrives at the intersection of performance marketing, creativity, and analytics. In this role, you’ll own the strategy and execution of paid acquisition across both search and social channels, driving measurable growth for the business.
The Paid Acquisition Team is a part of the Marketing department and works cross-functionally with multiple departments, including design, web, CRO, SEO, content, product marketing, sales, marketing operations, and data.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, optimize, and scale Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads (Search, YouTube, GDN), Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and others.
- Manage campaigns end-to-end, including budget allocation, bidding strategies, account structure, targeting, creatives, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
- Partner with in-house design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and continuously test variations for improved performance.
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with product launches, A/B tests, and overall marketing goals.
- Create reports on paid acquisition performance, trends, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience leading and managing paid campaigns, out of which 2+ years in a B2B SaaS / eComm company
- Experience in managing global campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign optimization and performance reporting
- Working experience with data and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
- Autodidact: Highly skilled self-learner, eager to master new concepts independently, naturally analytic, and curious
- People-person with strong interpersonal skills who can work as part of a team
- Able to manage several cross-team projects
- Outstanding Excel & data analysis skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- High level of English (written and spoken)
- Hands-on experience with WordPress, HubSpot, Amplitude - advantage.
